Fingers crossed for you, it’s really good to just know the weekends aren’t completely wrote off either at the moment.fastbs said:
Thanks for the timeline! We applied the day before you (12th Oct) and application was sent to UW on the 19th. Valuation carried out on the 23rd and we haven’t heard anything since! My OH is SE so I’m guessing that’s why! Hoping to hear something this week 🤞🏼Xhelpmegodplease said:

I'm still waiting for a decision for our mortgage for a few weeks now. My husband and I have applied through help to buy through a broker and application was accepted 19/10/2020. It went to the underwriter and I was asked to send some documentation of proof of DLA for my son which was sent and accepted 02/11/2020. We got our ATP last week and still waiting for mortgage offer. My broker emailed me today and said its been on the underwriter's desk for just over a week but they still haven't made a decision. I'm guessing we should get good news as we got the loan from the government approved but the anxiety is real right now! Has anyone else been in a similar situation?0

You’re in the exact same position as me. Ours went to the UW on 19/10, we received our ATP 04/11. The mortgage company asked for a letter from my employer to confirm that I was no longer on furlough on Wednesday last week and the valuation took place on Thursday last week. I’m hoping we will get our offer this coming week.missusaitch83 said:I'm still waiting for a decision for our mortgage for a few weeks now. Santander gives their underwriters the option to work on weekends. It’s not a policy unfortunately.I quite agree. The wait is murder.0

I don't enjoy weekends at the moment, it's like a waste of time because of the wait 😂22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed1
