Yes there are different queues according to my MB, SE/other issues one is long! However even though you were furloughed, if at initial assessment they could see that you’re 100% no longer in the danger zone they may have put you in the nice and straight forward queue!! Don’t fight it 😂 hopefully you’ll know soon!!

I definitely won’t fight it haha! I’ve now got to wait for my employer to provide a letter with regards to furlough and wait for the searches to come back 🤞🏽 It all goes through smoothly!! It would be nice to end the year on a high

We applied 21/9 so nearly 2 months in now! We’re 85% LTV product although our deposit is slightly more than that, think its about 18% ish.

Same with us! We applied on the 21/09 - 87%LTV.  Questions asked on the 26/10 and again on the 4/11.

Yeah I think so, as soon as extra documents are asked for you might as well write that week off and potentially the next depending what day they ask, very frustrating

Yeah I think so, as soon as extra documents are asked for you might as well write that week off and potentially the next depending what day they ask, very frustrating

I can imagine..not good at all. The fact they needed more evidence is only because they are taking so long in the first place to get mortgages to UW and approved..
im yet to hear of someone who was not straightforward get an approval without a lot more info asked.
