    Yeah, we applied on 13th that’s when application went in...valuation on 16th (developer told us) and then broker said last document submitted on 20th and that’s when we joined queue...

    Submitted full application on the 12th Oct, 85% LTV. OH SE ltd company but not affected by COVID, I’m full time employed also no affected. Valuation booked on 21/10 and carried out on 23/10. Not heard a peep since valuation was booked.

    Yes I agree with you, most probs after the valuation! So far just payslips and bank statements, as well as an accountants certificate for OH. What about you?

    3 months business bank statements, 3 months personal for OH and accountants certificate...MB reckons they won’t ask for anything else..hence I get worried when I see others being asked for more...was affected by Covid for May June and July and took a bbl..but business back to normal now...and last 3 months statements show healthy trading
