We went in on the 1st and had contact today. We are SE, so I think you will have an update end of the week beginning next week.Daisyy8 said:Our mortgage offer was submitted on 5th October and we are still waiting to hear! The anxiety of waiting to hear every day is driving me mad

Omg never seen that before and I checked at 5pm to see where they were at! It’s about time they did a SE timeline though as using the average residential one was so misleading!! I’m hoping they’ll get through the queue a lot quicker now, hopefully less applications went in from October as opposed to august/sept as it really was booming then wasn’t it!!fastbs said:Has anyone noticed how much the service levels page have changed... https://www.santanderforintermediaries.co.uk/submit-and-track-business/our-service-levels/

I know same but then checked it a bit later as they sometimes update it at 5:45... was shocked to see that. Fingers crossed it moves a bit quicker 🤞🏼Meh123 said:

This is really good to see! Going by that we may hear end of November which would put us at 8/9 weeks. So could be right.fastbs said:Has anyone noticed how much the service levels page have changed... https://www.santanderforintermediaries.co.uk/submit-and-track-business/our-service-levels/

Who ever thought the time would come when you see an average offer taking 34 working days and we would be pleased 😂😂😂 it’s just nice to have some information for how long it’s taking!!0

Was it your brokers that told you when you went into the UW queue? We have had no update about ours since our valuation which took place on the 23rd... we applied on the 12th so I’d like to think we have been put in the queue!0

I worded that completely wrong.. got mortgage offer on the brain! I meant I had application submitted on 5th. Still no offer!85c said:
