Oh no! How frustrating. We have deposits paid for jobs booked In next year, and submitted our new books in September so can see our business has grown and not been impacted. Don’t know if that makes a difference, we where told this is quite standard.mowgliisaG said:
My accountants have outright said they do not comment or take responsibility on future earning or current earnings85c said:
I know, I had read others that had to supply this, I feel better that they’ve made contact.mowgliisaG said:
This is insane, a lot of accountants don’t like to comment on the state of a business. Last 3 mi the bank statements should show your fine. Mad how they are asking for more info after everything you supplied85c said:Just had an update they’ve requested a form from our accountant to say our business has not been effected by covid, we are lucky our business has grown through covid.0 -
!!!!!! Wonder how long will they keep you waiting until they ask for the next piece of evidence..

Well when we applied we did say we had been affected but now back to normal. Maybe as you stated you haven’t been they want the accountant to verify it...either way..annoying85c said:

After nearly 2 months of dealing with them, last week my mortgage was approved "subject to valuation". The Home report was over 12 weeks old at that point, and Santander doesn't accept updated ones.
Yesterday they came back saying that they don't agree with the HR valuation and their surveyor valued the property at £115k.
HR valuation was £130k, all 1s in the report and all comparable properties in the area sold in that region or more.
My MB is disputing that but it seems that the deal is now dead since it's absolutely impossible to raise an extra £15k on time.

Absolutely nightmare, I’m so sorry! Leave it in the hands of your MB, hopefully they can talk some sense into them and get this sorted soon for you.georgebal313 said:After nearly 2 months of dealing with them, last week my mortgage was approved "subject to valuation".
