Mine went in 30 Sept but info requested wasn't supplied until 5 Oct. I applied directly though which seems quicker until the valuations hold things up

I doubt I will Hear today. We only applied on 23/10! And through a broker! Sigh! The wait goes on!

Does how long the offer take have anything to do with the broker's experience? i am very doubting that it took such a long time just because my broker is just not good enough! My agency just complained why i do not use their broker and i am regretting now! It is so frustrating that my broker just did not reply any of my texts or calls!

Oh sorry I didn't realise, there's someone on here and we're pretty much on an identical timeline and their valuation was booked for today, I thought it must have been you
