It's good that Santander have added more info so people know where their cases are at for dates. Does anyone know if you send a letter or document back whether you're classed as "Passed back to underwriting"or "Checking supporting documents"?
I don’t know but would assume that’s passed back to UW or pipeline, I can’t remember the wording!!
I think checking supporting docs is for when they are checking the docs sent in with initial application.

I thought that but it’s on there twice now, under new applicants and existent applications. Hope they move quickly soon, took 8 days for them to respond to last letter.

This may sound really stupid so apologies in advance, but what do they mean by pipeline application? I’ve tried googling it but still don’t really understand...
do they mean applications that have been submitted a while ago and are being progressed (existing applications) or is it something completely different?

I think it just means cases that have passed the first checks and are in the various underwriter queues.

Just think of it the same as the phrase ‘it’s in the pipeline’, that’s how my brain read it anyway.....my brain isn’t always reliable though haha

The Santander queue just keeps getting longer 😬
I noticed that too, they ended yesterday on the 9th October for the UW queue and they ended today on exactly the same date...when we first joined the queue it was 4 weeks behind and we were due to get to the top on the 23rd November, now it’s closer to 5 weeks and starting to feel like it’ll be December instead. Genuinely just want to cry at this stage!

It’s so long and if they decided to request anything it adds 7 days onto it...
