Both Dyball Associates. Green.Energy, Avro Energy and Utility Point are all suppliers which used the 'Dyball supplier in a box' package so may also have an issue?

I think the NULL status refers to the contact number; which in this case is correct as they are online only

It will be interesting to see how Neon Reef's reviews on Trustpilot and here go in the next couple of months as by then customers switching to them will have had experience of their switch, transfer, billing, online website, complaint resolution, etc - THEN we will get a proper view of if Neon Reef are a good company to use, or avoid.
People might slate the likes of SP; sure they aren't perfect and the people you speak to may not be always knowledgeable first time however i've been with SP a few times and their billing is correct and of course they aren't liable to go out of business - the "sell it cheaper" small companies are in it to get sold to large companies if they get large enough to be of interest, to make profit that way; or go bust in the attempt - either way they aren't in it for the long haul.
Anyway, waiting to see how things develop in the coming weeks...0
