About 7 days ago I switched my mother from E.ON to Neon Reef in order to save her some money.It's early days, I have sent an email to Neon Reef asking a question about the transfer, it took them over 48 hours to answer the email.Today (about 3/4 hours ago) there was a man knocking on my mothers door. He was dressed in dark blue waterproof clothing, he was not wearing a mask, he had a small lanyard around his neck. He did not tell me which company he was from, he said he could save my mother money, I asked him where he was from, he would not say and from that point on he was rude, aggressive and asked questions about gas, electric and smart meters, he actually said that he did not have to answer questions, I did.After asking him 3 times he eventually told me he was from Utility Point, I said I do not have anything to do with Utility Point and closed the door.He could have been a scammer, he was very shifty, I have reported him to the police, a policeman has visited me and has opened up an "incident".I know that Neon Reef and Utility Point are tied together, this post is to let people know what has happened.0
