Apparently "You're not paying enough (End of plan balance: £56.88 in debit)"
But I am (in the relatively hidden area unless you know where to look ) £112.06 in credit due to my first payment and credit from NR.
As a relatively low user, that £112 would cover at least 3 months at my current usage and cost and possibly close to similar even with April increases.
What always irks me is the constant nagging when you log in, or by email, to get a smart meter.0 -
No bill here yet. My last neon bill said I owe 37 but that was before I left them in June. They never did a proper final bill because PFP didn't sort my account properly, but I owe for another 4 weeks after that.0

I got an email today from BG saying they'd received my outstanding credit from Neon Reef (and telling me the amount) , and that this would show on my next statement.
On checking my account, it was listed in the transaction history section as "miscellaneous document".
The amount seems about right, but it would be better if they included a final closing statement from Neon showing how the figure had been worked out0 -

My one and only NR bill went up to 7th November so not sure what's going to happen to the charges between 8th November and 6th December but I'm going to let sleeping dogs lie.
I strongly suspect they will get round to deducting final bill debit balances in the near future
Whether they get round to charging for the the "missing period" though is unlikely in my opinion as its hard to see how they would do it now the NR billing system has been shut downPhones4Chris said:Shedman said:Phones4Chris said:Inigo_Montoya said:Shedman said:ivanleo said:Just had my outstanding NR balance credited in full to my non-SOLR British Gas account with a transaction type of "Miscellaneous document". Her final bill produced on 6 Nov but up to 1 Nov showed a credit balance that hadn't taken account of the DD that had been taken on 1 Nov so was showing a credit balance that was £20 less than her actual credit balance (and it was this higher credit balance that has now appeared in her BG account).
It still doesn't work properly, never could and still can't even update my mobile number "due to a technical difficulty". Good here isn't it. I can see this is going to be a joyful ride. I may try moving to Scottish Power !!
