NR website is still up and running for anyone who hasn't yet downloaded all their bills and payments.0

Checked ours via the app yesterday, still not updated to reflect charges to final reading. Starting to think the last bill to 28 October, & later amended to say 'final' bill, may be it!0

I would also look at the readings and not just the dates.
it might be that there is a gap in the dates but not the readings?0 -
Something must be happening in the background - may be they are finally tackling the carry forwards from NR ?
For a couple of months BG have been suggesting that my DD is set too high and have been predicting a balance at contract end of £hundreds - today I notice they predicted end balance has plummeted to a few £s without any input from me !0 -
Finally BG have found that I was a customer of NR.
Just received an email, but no mention of NR, only says "We’ve recently taken over your electricity supply and are pleased to have you on board. This is your contract pack and it explains everything you need to know. We'll be in touch again soon once we've finished setting up your account."
Correct Welcome to British Gas tariff
Just logged on and it says my estimated supply date is 22nd Feb.
Wonder what billing dates I'll get, as most of you seem to have started from your supply date.1 -
Update on the BG website yesterday says they are now starting to transfer debits and credits across to BG from Neon, oh and tell us that prices are going up in April!

I contacted NR asking about final bills due to the pending closure of the website and got the following reply:
"Good Afternoon,
Thank you for contacting us.
I can confirm your electricity supply transferred to British Gas.
Your closing statement has not been released.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide timescales of when your closing statement will be released as closing statements are being released in batches.
However, we will notify you once your closing statement has been released and provide a PDF copy for your records.
Please Note: Any credit / debit on your closing statement will be transferred to British Gas.

I was only £1 or so in credit though - do you have a large credit balance by any chance ?

Sorry for the delay.
Your final bill has been now released covering until the 20th of November, and on 21st of November Ofgem transferred the Company’s customers details to British Gas as part of the Supplier of Last Resort (“SoLR”) regulated process.
