Yep though NR don’t seem to be charging me (so far) for 20 Nov to 7 Dec and in any case BG was technically my supplier then anyway pre switch completion given they were appointed as SOLR during switch. The 7 Dec reading has not been provided to NR by me so must have come from BG.ivanleo said:
Well you're better off paying the NR tariff on those extra units, regardless of what the regulatory position might be.tg99 said:My final statement from NR is to 20 Nov but I’ve also noticed that under meter readings on NR portal they have the 7 Dec reading which matches with the BG 7 Dec reading (the date my switch to BG completed). (I switched to BG shortly before BG was announced as SOLR.)0 -
Today is the last day we can access our NR accounts via the website and App.
How many here are still waiting for a final bill?0 -
Just checked & still no final bill, last charge is to 28th October which was a scheduled bill. They do have the final reading I provided, as used by BG for an opening read on 3rd December, so can only presume this is what I'll be billed up to.LtMike77 said:Today is the last day we can access our NR accounts via the website and App.

I asked them for their bank details and paid that way. Also the credit appeared on NR account the next day.lisyloo said:I have one but I’ve not received any details how to pay it.0 -

I moved from neon during the SOLR to BG. I owe Neon £24 but they wont let me pay as they say BG will bill it but my BG account was close fairly quickly so dont know how i will be billed. Also I have 24 days use between final bill and edf billing start which EDF have confirmed is the start day and reading (they agreed this with Neon) and they wont be billing me the 24 days. I cant see who will bill me those days at all.0

I also asked for their bank details, but others here said don’t pay a company in administration and wait for the bt bill to check the readings.CRISPIANNE3 said:

I’m glad it worked out well for you but there is little confidence in the organisation of these companies in general.1
