Neon Reef - any views?

Actually managed to download my "first" BG bill just now - starts on 6th Dec. so still nothing for the missing days between NR collapse and the 6th plus no sign of the amount owed to NR.
However, no other info. about my plan available so some sort of update happening.

Yup - wonder if the administrator is taking it down now everyone has supposedly had their final bills?

I haven't had a final bill. I've been waiting since I switched away in June. Maybe they won't ever ask 🤣 probably waiting for the PFP administration to give them the opening reading.

Same here. However app still working.

NR app still working ok for me, nothing changed on account, still billed to 29.10.21, states 'final' bill, but it's just the last monthly bill updated to say final & charges not finalised as yet.

Same here and I've had no final bill (I estimate I owe them about £4).  Persisting with trying to log in eventually sent me to the "Welcome to Neon Reef" page.  I wonder if they've written off customer debts where they are small amounts.
