Neon Reef - any views?

Email received this morning:
You will be aware from our previous correspondence that as of 21 November 2021, all customers of Neon Reef have been transferred to British Gas by Ofgem under the Supplier of Last Resort (“SoLR”) process.
Now that the process of transferring your account details to British Gas is almost complete, we would like to make you aware that access to your online account with Neon Reef via the website and App will end on 11 February 2022.
Should you wish to download any statements or information from your account, you will be able to do so until this date. Please note, following this date, you will not be able to access your Neon Reef account via the website or via the App.
If you have any queries or concerns regarding your account, please visit the British Gas website here. Future updates will be provided on the British Gas website at the same location.

I wonder what that might mean for those that haven't had a final bill up to 20 Nov (like my stepdaughter whose so called final bill goes 1 Nov) if they haven't produced final bills by then as it suggests they are winding diwn the effort?

NR website is back up but got an email this morning which says that it will only be available til 11th Feb. So anyone who hasn't downloaded copies of their bills,balances etc ,needs to get it down asap !1

Got the email also, now managed to log in but still no final bill showing for me.

I was a couple of hundred in credit with NR so I'm keen to get that transferred.0 -
I was with Neon Reef for 2 months only and didn't get any bills at all, not to mention, final one. I just took print screen of my payments and meter readings are in emails exchange with customer service. Website was showing wrong meter number, so never submitted readings this way.

I got the e-mail even though I left them in June, found it in spam. Never received a "final bill", just a bill at the usual time and had to chase the £5 credit balance but did get £60 compo for that ! Daughter has never received a final bill nor been asked for the balance she owed them.

The last statement I got from them is now called my final statement. It's estimated but in my favour. No idea about the final three weeks I was with them before I transferred to the black hole of PFP. I haven't paid anyone for electricity since may!0
