You were obviously able to ‘read ‘ your bill, then? I still can’t.Wondering why your bill started at 8 Dec, and mine seemingly at 2 Dec…0

Can't access the bill PDF yet but on the app (iPad app) under Billing it shows the estimated usage for the billing period. Then looking on the web portal I can see the meter reading history with first reading reading being 8 Dec (est) with consumption 0 and then on 5 Jan it shows the meter reading I submitted with consumption total being the same as they've used on the bill. That's how I had to figure it out...bit convoluted I agree.Deleted_User said:You were obviously able to ‘read ‘ your bill, then? They may have billed me from the 8th as that was the first meter reading I supplied them....although,as I said before, they haven't actually used that one 😅0 -
Ok. On the app the usage is shown on a bar chart by month. Previously the chart showed 3 readings in December. Now it just shows January, and will not allow access to December. Bizarre.0

I should have delayed my initial reading until the 22nd…Shedman said:Deleted_User said:Wondering why your bill started at 8 Dec, and mine seemingly at 2 Dec…They may have billed me from the 8th as that was the first meter reading I supplied them....although,as I said before, they haven't actually used that one 😅0 -
My 1st BG elec bill, such as it is, is now available to download. Just the total was shown this morning - so it’s taken about 12 hours for the supporting detail to become available. At least there’s no conversion to kWH involved on elec bills. To be paid around the 20th.Hopefully that’s both NR and BG finalised now. Just the finer detail to double check, readings, prices etc.0

Still waiting for final Neon Reef bill.0

I did some calculation to estimate how much I should pay for electricity to NR and I have overpaid. Hopefully, we will see final bills soon.
BT have my start date for electricity as 03/12/2021. Meter reads are accurate, from smart meter.

BG I assume, rather than BT, but either way, you will be paying for your use at the BG rates from 21/11/21, the supplier ID may have changed to BG on 03/12/21, but that isn't going to change the billing date.Penelopa.Pitstop said:I did some calculation to estimate how much I should pay for electricity to NR and I have overpaid. Had my first contact from BG today via email.
Email states that my switch is effective as of 21/01.
Wonder if that means I’ve been charged at NR rates up until that point?0 -
Wonder is a wonderful thing but no, you haven't.Laputa said:Wonder if that means I’ve been charged at NR rates up until that point?
