    I got my final bill but i haven't had any details on how to pay it, hopefully they will come soon. I haven't had anything from BG either, just asked for a meter reading and that is it, when i log on everything says 0.00

    I've had an email today from neon apologising for taking my direct debit without giving me notice and saying the money is being returned to me, and that final bill isn't yet sorted

    Does your final bill have a correct reading that matches BG?or is it an estimated one?

    BG's "system" is useless - I put in a meter read on 6th Dec as requested - BG calculated a DD of £73 pm ,  low by my calculations, which indicated ~ £97 pm, but set up for 4th Jan.
    With no further input from me it then decided I needed to pay £116 pm !!! I've manually reduced to a more reasonable £100pm which initially it accepted, but now ,when I log in, the system is nagging for an increase or a one off payment! 
    A bit of explanation by BG would help !!
    ...log on this morning to see if anything has changed - no nagging messages about increasing my DD -BG have now decided that it is set too high @ £100pm - want me to decrease to £89 pm !! God only knows what algorithms they are running !!

    I'm still waiting for final bill so your not the only one and there is no timescale afaik.

    I've still not had any final bill from Neon Reef, nor anything from BG re setting up a payment plan, direct debit or otherwise. My account with BG is showing £0 and the reading showing is an estimate, not the one that I gave to Neon Reef when they asked. I've been on chat for ages with some idiot from BG who insisted that I can't set up a variable DDR to pay monthly despite it giving me that option on the online account. Seems to be all dragging on for rather a long time now. The chat agent tells me I won't be getting a bill until end of next month which I really don't like considering the huge hike in price.

    First bill just came through from BG.  Initial reading is the same as that which I left from neon reef, so there’s a plus.  £81 a month which isn’t too bad, about £15 more than I would have paid NR if they had done equal payments, but with their 6up 6 down thing, the BG is cheaper 🤣

    just waiting for the NR refund, as that will be nearly 2 months worth of payments

    I have had what NR say is a 'final' statement that omits my last DD payment from what they owe me and doesn't extend to the what I think should be the correct date (it ends on 29 October 2021)... hopefully this will be updated at some point.

    Still not had a bill from BG and they still haven't updated my tariff to include economy 7 (although they said that would take at least 72 hours on 31 December which I suppose includes any time from about now to the end of universe).

    I’ve received my first bill from BG, after the SoLR transfer from Neon Reef. Or to be more accurate, just a bottom line request for payment, as the pdf detail is ‘not available’ yet. I think the word to describe the amount is ‘Eek!’, and I’m hoping when the detail comes through, it is based on an overestimate. 

    Ostensibly it covers the period from 2/12/2021 to 6/1/2022, which is a bit disappointing, as I was hoping that there might be an un-billed period after Neon Reef. 

    The web interface and the app seem to be showing the same information now. So just a case of waiting for the pdf detail to appear, so that I can check readings and tariff calculations etc. 

    UPDATE According to BG CS it can take up to 72 hours for the pdf detail copy to appear!

    Had my first BG bill today as well covering 8 Dec to 5 Jan.  Opening read on this bill much higher (over 100kWh) than the reading I actually supplied them on 8 Dec so I am happy as things stand, especially if there's no further billing for the 'missing' period.
