I was planning on ignoring it until they apply my credit from NR.That is neither wise, nor a right...BG are entitled to get their bills paid regardless of the progress on the NR credit, so if you've got a bill and you don't have a DD in place with BG, I'd suggest it is worth getting it paid.0

This morning the meter reading I gave BG (as requested) on 6th December has vanished from the BG site. Can only assume that they are "agreeing" a handover reading with NR administrators ?
If so ,I presume that a "final, final" statement will come from NR -don't know where that will leave the customers who have already settled with NR :?0 -

There will be some credit owing to me once the NR money finally gets allocated. In the meantime I'm going onto the Octopus 12m fix at 37p per kWh. Hopefully only for two weeks before I get onto the Go tariff.
That should ideally coincide with getting my Givenergy 8.2 kWh AC Coupled battery installed, which will allow 95% of my usage to be at the 5p per kWh rate, as well as allowing me to store and use far more of my solar generation.0 -

I don't believe my Zappi v1 is compatible with their Intelligent tariff otherwise I'd consider it. It would probably be a bit too complicated for me manage.0 -

OldScientist said:I think I asked earlier in the process - but does anyone who had economy 7 with NR have both a daytime and nighttime rate with the welcome tariff with BG or (like me) just the one, daytime, rate? If you do have a nighttime rate given, did this happen automatically or did you have to chase? For me everything else appears to have been set up correctly.
Making a complaint seemed to be the quickest way to get this problem resolved and it was handled very well, although it seems a bit over-the-top.1 -

I was changing my payment from quarterly to direct debit but they are setting my price at £89 a month for 10 months.
When checking my current tariff for quarterly cash payment they have set up they estimate 2900 kWh estimated usage at an annual cost of £673 which works out at £56 a month, a huge difference.0
