Just received my first bill. They estimate my usage as being 2700 per annum. Symbio had mine at 4900. Also like the idea of variable dd. No complaints so far.0

Swapped to BG on 02/12 and still waiting for NR to sort the final bill out. I'm in credit a couple of hundred quid.1 -

I'm in credit0 -
my BG account is now set up ok with correct opening & current reads, 1st bill produced & to be paid in full by monthly variable DD, but still no sign of a final bill & credit of over £200 from Neon Reef yet.0

I had a DD deducted today by Neon Reef. Anybody experience the same?0

Did you owe them as they said on the Final (well...Final Final) bill that if you owed them and had DD still active they would take it on 4th. For those of us that owed them but cancelled DD we are expecting a call or email from either administrators or collection agency at some point soonisgujral said:I had a DD deducted today by Neon Reef. I have yet to read any post in any blog on any forum reporting that the "victim" had been approached by a collection agency, let alone had a personal visit by the heavies. There are also unknown unknowns - the one's we don't know we don't know0 -
My final statement showed an amount of approx £68,00. As I had already cancelled the dd I paid it by bank transfer and noticed the credit had been applied the next day.0

I'm still waiting for my final bill and credit. How long do you think it will be to get this all sorted?0
