Mine too. Shame they've backdated to an estimate on 20/11, but the estimate is bang on.CRISPIANNE3 said:No fine tooth comb needed here. My final, final statement is what I expected it to be.

Still nothing from neon reef for me

now received 2 of my 3 final bills from Neon Reef - thankfully both are completely accurate & I owe them money rather than vice versa - I had the foresight to provide my own reads on November 20th which were used
Main issue now is to confirm that British gas do not use a start read lower than the November 20th reads NR have billed up to
No doubt NR will be sending another email explaining how to pay the outstanding amounts since the direct debits have been cancelled0 -
First point is key ; no intention of paying NR administrators until we get confirmation that BG are using same read to open our accounts. Have now received the email and the final amended statement is pretty near my 20/11 read (only 2kwh out).Inigo_Montoya said:

Because BG weren't clear on the date of the read required I gave them figure from 6th December so they presumably will have to back calculate to 21st November?0 -
I emailed NR yesterday and received a reply today ) regarding making payment. They advise manual payments can be made as follows:
Also I found they answer any queries reasonably quickly via their help contact. Also you do not need any special powers to get a reply! You can make manual payments and they will supply the banking details on request.

Just realised the 3rd account I have not had a final bill for should be a small amount in credit so I am wondering if they have only sent out final bills for customers who owe them money (what a surprise, not)
like another poster said its a good idea to hold off paying the bill till BG have confirmed their opening read is the same3 -
The facility to set up a direct debit now seems to be available on the BG web interface for electricity. This is a fixed, equal, direct debit rather than a variable with usage direct debit. IIRC the cost is the same as for 'cheque' payments for us NR transferees. So just a matter of personal preference.
The site also now shows my opening reading with BG.0 -
Very wise indeed!Deleted_User said:I also have a final bill from NR, which uses the reading I happened to give them on 20 November. Happy to pay off the balance as soon as they tell me how, but then it's literally for less than £1. (And I'm not casting aspersions on CRISPIANNE3, but it would be unwise to pay money to a bank account provided by another user - who isn't a NR rep - on a forum.)0 -
If you go onto chat you can set up a variable DD...that's what I did and it clearly shows on the payment tab if you click to make a payment that my variable DD will ensure the relevant payment will be taken and I won't need to make other payments (or something along those lines)Deleted_User said:The facility to set up a direct debit now seems to be available on the BG web interface for electricity. I don’t expect anyone to rely on this but I’d appreciate checking
