    Logged into NR and now has my final bill up though has only billed me to 15 Nov rather than 21. Said any outstanding debt would be collected via direct debit after 10 days but nothing was taken during that period and NR changed the DD to zero. I have since cancelled it. I owe c£20. Presume the administrators will contact me in due course for payment.

  • Does anyone have a contact number for Neon Reef? 
    Reason I ask my Final bill has a credit of £600+, they have switch my Economy 7 readings around….. this isn’t going to end good! I just know it.

    Anyone else had there meter reading appear on there BG account mine has just appeared and it not the one I gave them its saying its from my smart meter end reading with neon reef 18457 opening reading British gas 7872.

    Yes I had the same issue, set up a dispute via the chat and it will take six weeks to sort out 🙄

    They're always down overnight.

    They're essentially the Natwest/RBS of energy supply.

    Not sure why you say that. I bank with the Royal Bank of Scotland and its online services are pretty much the best these days.

    Are you sure it is not the Final statement? Some contributors may be getting confused with a final bill and the final statement.  I know I did and NR advised me the final bills will take us up to 3 December.
