Neon Reef - any views?

Asked BG about my opening reading, that they asked me for, which is not showing up on the web or app. They acknowledged receipt.
However, apparently they are awaiting what is called the ‘industry reading’ to come through from Neon Reef. What a surprise. Is that the same as the ‘Mysterious Third Party.’?
Until that is received BG cannot officially update the reading on the account.

Further to my earlier post, I have the impression that Neon Reef has washed its hands of the migration process.
Chat is dead. Was it ever alive?Email generates an auto-reply.
Surprisingly, the web contact form elicited a response. However, that response suggested that I contact British Gas and nothing else.
So where is the Final Account supposed to come from, then? The Administrator? At the moment, the app and the online portal are showing an ESTIMATED reading after the cessation of trading, despite my submission of a series of actual readings with supporting screenshots.
Does anyone have contact details for the appropriate Administrator? I know their names but not which office they work out of.What joy.0 -
I have an eco7 meter but have began put on a non eco7 tariff. Spoke twice to a csa. Told to wait until the account is live. Well it's live on the app showing the wrong tariff.0

Following email received from NR when I queried the final statement.Good afternoon
Thank you for your enquiry.
Your final bill from Neon Reef has yet to be issued. It will be produced within six weeks of your account being transferred to British Gas and will utilise your meter reading from 03/12/21 to recalculate and update your closing balance.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Apologies if I missed anything - but has anyone got a meter reading showing on the BG site yet. App is still nagging for a reading even tho I've given it on website AND app !0

That’s why I was trying to contact NR yesterday (again see an earlier post). The one reply I did get (unnamed) effectively said ‘I don’t know why BG are saying that’ and chuntering.
