Have now received the DD email notice from Neon Reef dated 5th, reducing my DD to £0 . However , DD was due on the 6th so will be interesting to see whether they attempt to collect ! Especially as I cancelled with the bank over a week ago !!

I'm in the same position with DD cancelled.
Had BG & NR been quicker sending out e mails I probably would've left the DD alone for the promisedmoving it over to BG, now I'll just set up an new BG DD once when they get round to letting me know the details

I too received an email NR advising my dd would now be zero. Being proactive I have contacted BG and got them to set up a variable direct debit for me so I only pay for the energy consumed.

Can this be a monthly DD on this welcome tariff do you know? (Sorry if already asked previously, just trying to catch up & might have missed it)

    Thanks

They sent me a text message and I had to click on the link contained within that text.

Log in, go to the Help tab and type in Meter Readings in search box. Then under the results there should be something about giving a meter reading and from there it seems to open up links to add meter readings.  Strange way of getting there though....
  • 2 weeks since NR collapsed. I still have yet to receive a single email from either NR or BG. Last email was about a month ago about last months bill.
