It's definitely not showing an account number for me. Start date is still 3/12 and it asked me to submit a reading now which I did. I checked on android and on my laptop.
I also got the email from NR about amending my dd to £0. I assume that is so that it's still in place so BG can take it over.0 -
BG update.
I can also access my account online. However, the web site seems much flakier than the app. All the stuff is there, but it will not accept a meter reading. Meanwhile, the app WILL accept a meter reading, but does not appear to save it if I log out. It's gone when I log back in!
My switch date is still apparently 2/12.
I really enjoy all this SoLR palaver, with every day presenting a new and different and time consuming problem...

I'm now listed as being supplied by BG on the check my supplier, and my account is now properly active on the BG site. There is the small issue of Direct Debit setup - call this number....0

Easy. I was on the phone for a total of 8 minutes and it is all set up. About 30 seconds on hold in the queue and that was it.brewerdave said:

Given that currently there appears to be no price difference between paying by direct debit and paying standard quarterly, I will not be setting up a direct debit anyway, until such time as that changes.2

I'm seeing the same thing. I suspect it's a overnight update, readings didn't show up same day when I was with Neon Reef either.Deleted_User said:BG update.

On the subject of meter readings, I gave Neon a reading on the 21st when asked and I've given BG a reading today. What happens to the units I've used in between?0 -
Got a sales order email on 24/11 but nothing since then. Wondering if I should actively contact BG or wait for them to confirm account has been setup0
