I've got a couple of emails nagging me to review them on Trustpilot.
The switch went Ok but I feel it's a bit early to score them as I've only just joined.

Been with NR since September. Initially gave them meter readings on the 1st month then realised that in my case the monthly statements were dated 15th of the month based on estimated readings at the 10th. From November onwards have given them the actual reading on the 10th of each month and the accurate statement using my readings with no estimates arrives on the 15th. As far as I can recall have never had an e-mail request from them for a meter reading.0

They've supplied me from the 6th of March, I've received a reminder today, 6th of April, to give a reading. I gave a reading on the 1st but it makes sense for monthly readings to be based on the day the supply started and continue the same day every month afterwards.

I think, you might be right about 2 days before the end of the month. I provided reading on 28th of February, but Neon used estimate for 26th of Feb for my bill. Then, I provided reading on 28th of March and they used 29th of March estimate for the bill.

Basically send a copy of final bill showing fee and they will credit account with it.0 -
Can anyone sign in to their account today?
It looks a bit different now, either sign in via email or via password.
Tried both, and don't get the email and can't login.
Edit - this is on their main page, and the app works fine.

If you cannot login to your online portal to submit your meter reads, you have the option to use the Neon Reef app (which can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play store) or submit via our online form on the 'Meter readings' page.
