Is that code for "we really messed that one up and have gone back to the old system that works " ?

Funnily enough, after posting that, for the first time I did get an email requesting a meter reading on the 10th of this month.
Yes, it was nice suprise, for the first time got meter read reminder. Previously used entry in my calendar, to remind me.

My experience suggests that Neon Reef's system is clever enough to cancel the reminder if you've beaten them to it.

My switch to N/R is due to complete on 12th May, my welcome pack shows my tariff as Marine, but 2 of the comparison sites are now showing a Marine v2 tariff which is cheaper overall, can i switch internally to the Marine v2 tariff once they are actually supplying my lekky does anyone know?
    Regards

I have been looking at Neon Reef as i am with Symbio and a few days left with them.

On MSE and CAB comparison site show Neon variable as the same price but the unit price and standing charge prices are more expensive when you go to the Neon website.

I have used my postcode and house number and the difference is over nearly 2p kwh(or what it is) and 7p daily charge.

Is this a price comparison issue or a Neon price rise?
