Wouldn't it be ironic if after all this BG were named the SoLR?Patr100 said:With all this talk of jumping ship before we even know where the life boats are coming from am I the only N Reefer who's at least waiting for the name of the SOLR ? How risky is a move in this grey zone?3 -
My SOLR is with eon next and they back dated me to the 3rd October on next flex so it’s worked out not too terrible for me until that flexible tariff is jacked up… anyone think there is an end ?0

EDF's SoLR tariff lasted from 31st Jan until 30th September (8 months) but that could prove to be unusual.N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. BG tariff chat was quite useful in this thread. I wouldn't know about it otherwise.5

Agree also, having to go through so many posts about BG just to see if there is any news about NR.Deleted_User said:Not to mention taking up the whole thread. Can the BG discussion be separated out of what is supposed to be a Neon Reef discussion?0 -
Well, if the past SOLRs are anything to go by, we may hear today who has been appointed to sort out the mess of NR.
If I was placing bets on who it will be, I would probably go for E.ON Next.0 -
Well that could be helpful if it is. I left Symbio just after E.on took over my supply.Ignite said:Well, if the past SOLRs are anything to go by, we may hear today who has been appointed to sort out the mess of NR.

I’ve now got the transcript that says I can switch to zero after signing up (v grateful to you guys).
anyone know if it’s an issue if I went with BG evolve? you seem to get directed there.0 -
The Zero fixed Oct 22 is a BG tariff NOT available from BG Evolve.lisyloo said:I’ve now got the transcript that says I can switch to zero after signing up (v grateful to you guys).

Guess it might take longer than usual as they've probably had to drag the likely contenders kicking and screaming to the table to take on even more potentially costly customers.Ignite said:Well, if the past SOLRs are anything to go by, we may hear today who has been appointed to sort out the mess of NR.
If I was placing bets on who it will be, I would probably go for E.ON Next.I'd be quite pleased if it was Scottish Power as they are bound to screw things up and in the past its been favourable to me (mind you its been likewise with BG Evolve) 😅0
