In terms of saving the chat, there's an option to Print. So I just "printed" my two chats to PDF.

The first chat I had was a confirmation that I will definitely be able to switch to that tariff (and the rep even gave me the chat reference even without me asking for it), and the second chat was a confirmation that I could do it by initially using the only currently-available tariff and I will not have to pay an exit fee.

I asked what that meant and she said military background!!!!

Exactly, go through the bots questions until it puts you through to a human, you can type anything, the agent doesn't refer to it, they just start from scratch
