I'm now comfortably in negative territory - I did message them ~ 6 weeks or more ago ,about them reviewing/increasing my DD but they never responded - quite happy about that now!!Shedman said:
Likewise. Normally get them around 10-11th of month.brewerdave said:Haven't yet received my invoice/statement for the past month altho meter read appears on the website; this is the latest since I joined them in February -wonder if the system is finally falling over ?At least per my calcs I no longer have a credit balance and now owe them a couple of quid which is a position I'd rather be in if/when things go belly up0 -
I'm a low user but still £50 in credit (excluding any referral which I never got)
just a reminder for people to download their latest statement for future reference in case they go offline.
Credit is eventually refunded when carried over to any new providers though it's worth keeping your own record in case of dispute/error.0 -
I came on here to see if it was a problem, my direct debit usually appears on 7th/8th and the bill on 13th but neither have appeared this month. My concern would be that if they go TU the account balances they pass to an SOLR will be wrong.brewerdave said:Haven't yet received my invoice/statement for the past month altho meter read appears on the website; this is the latest since I joined them in February -wonder if the system is finally falling over ?0 -
Which is why the recommendation is to take screenshots of account balances and continue to submit meter readings regularly if not on a smart meter.maisie_cat said:

there has always been a lag between direct debits being taken from your bank & it appearing on your online account but as people are noticing its seems to be getting worse - I also have not had this months DD credited yet or a bill generated on one of my NR accountsmaisie_cat said:

Maybe the recent influx of new customers has caused a backlog ?
Maybe they can make there financial position look better by delaying the credits ?
if/when they go bust I think I might be cancelling the DD so I don't have to worry about further missing DD credits - even if that means I am put on a more expensive non DD tariff with the SOLR

Mine is the same making my £50 credit look like £10.brewerdave said:My statement is now up - but not showing the DD that they took on 5th November
The cynic in me wonders whether cash in transit/unallocated payments is treated differently to customer credit balances for reporting purposes.1 -
This has happened to me a few times since January, it will show up on your next bill as double DD payments taken.maisie_cat said:
