The site appears to not be allowing customers to view tariffs at the moment. I am presented with just the page backdrop once giving it my address and usage details.

I am presented with just the page backdrop once giving it my address and usage details. It appears to be fully functional here, I enter my postcode and it shows all the houses in my area.Weren't they ordered to stop taking on new customers about a week ago, or was this news a mistake?0

Ah - OK, if I go through the process then, after giving my usage, I get the "Choose Your Tariff" heading at the top of the screen with a page full of nothing.Someone's pulled some kind of plug.

Annoyingly NR have started estimating the readings, despite having a recently installed SMETS2. They took the initial first read from the meter, but now they have estimated it in both subsequent months.0

No readings at all from the brand new meter that they had installed, and they ignored all the readings I kept giving them. Eon have already managed to read it, so there was obviously nothing wrong with it.I guess they have to find a new strategy for their cash fix now that the new customer taps have been turned off.

Haven't yet received my invoice/statement for the past month altho meter read appears on the website; this is the latest since I joined them in February -wonder if the system is finally falling over ?0

Even I must admit that apparently using higher estimated readings, rather than lower actual readings, is a bit dodgy to say the least.0
