  • @AbbieCadabra OK, it probably depends on your device, software and configuration etc. Now I check again, I probably cannot download the file to my phone, which is android not Apple/iOS. Or my iPad. It probably is possible, but beyond my capability.

    However, I can definitely download it from the web. Is that not an option for you?

    No problem 😊  I'm hoping it's just a delay on my account, seems odd for the bill to be showing on the app but not my account. I've just always presumed apps showed a reduced version of your full account, but obviously this isn't how NR work, or I've completely misunderstood apps (which wouldn't be a huge surprise!  😄).

    My bill is now showing on online account & have downloaded it ok. So meter read was 29th Oct & bill is dated 3rd Nov, but it only appeared on the app a day after it was produced on 8th, & just showing today on online account. 

    I'm just getting used to how they work as Green (& previous supplier So Energy) used to send an email with a link to your bill as soon as produced, about 5 days after reading date.  

    Let's hope they're still around for our next billing cycle!

    They send me a email for a reading and also to tell me my statement is ready.

    I didn’t get one either, despite seeing a bill in the app. That was after 2 direct debits and was my first bill. Might be different next time round. Not the largest worry compared to the daily worry of ‘is it today they fail’ and my electricity bill jumps up by a material percentage.
  • The lack of consistency of procedures is of concern. Not the main concern, obviously.
