If you have a very large bed, perhaps it doesn't look large enough, viewers can't always see a room without furniture or with their furniture in it.

I agree with you to be honest, but can’t do much about it I’m afraid!

People who are interested will usually make an some kind of offer or come back for a second viewing either solo or with a partner/ family member within a few days of their initial viewing.

Giving info upfront can help but it means nothing to some people. My first property was a large studio flat but a number of viewers that said they thought it had a separate bedroom. I actually got the estate agent to verbally re-confirm any future viewers that it wasn't a one bedroom flat before she scheduled those further viewings.

Okay, so not huge, but certainly adequate.

(I presume that's not measuring into the wardrobe nor the en suite.)

Not quite, I’d say it’s 12x12 to the wall, 12x10 to the en-suite, not measuring into the wardrobe no

I think we spent under 10 mins viewing the house in person, however the amount of time spent on the Rightmove listing probably equated to months 😀. Honestly I’d click through the pics daily, study the floor plan, go back to pics, focus on just the ground floor, then revisit to check the bedrooms again and how much furniture each room contained. Loved the place, but had to wait until we were in a position to offer. So don’t worry about the quick viewers, they may well be the ones to offer.

Okay so that's really not big at all, especially with a bed presumably bigger than a kingsize. You need to keep that room as clear and clutter free as possible or you're going to hear the same comments.

It's likely to just be a polite way of saying they are no longer interested without causing offence.
The bedroom sizes are known before they set foot in the door.
