Okay perfect, just wanted to double check. I will draft up a complaint email to Steve Clark. In regards to the time scale of this current PCN, should I email Gladstones with a follow up?0

should I email Gladstones with a follow up?Why not tell us what you intend saying, then we might have a better idea of what you mean by 'a follow up'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I’m not sure what I would respond to Gladstone’s with in all honestly! i was hoping for some advice whilst I raise a complaint with BPA.0 -
Write something
You know what you need to achieve, so write a letter along those lines. C-M even told you a way to put te pressure on them by talking about getting the court to hold any claim until the ICO rules, breach of PAP and breach of SAR having an overlap....3 -
Perfect. I will draft up an email to Gladstone’s and post a redacted version on here?1

draft emails to both Steve Clark of the BPA and to Gladstone’s. Have I missed anything of significance on these?
Help is appreciated as always1 -
Gladstones not Gladstone's ... it's a name not a possessive.Jenni x2

Looks fine but give Steve a URL link to page one of your thread as he reads this forum in complaint cases he is involved with.
The BPA gave GDPR instructions and seminars to their members back in 2018 and IMHO no PPC should be asking for such ridiculously intrusive personal data for a SAR, and the ICO agrees. Does the BPA? Let us know.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Very very swift response from Steve Clark. He mentioned some very good points which would work in my favour regarding the SAR. He also mentioned he cannot deal with Gladstones? I wonder why..2
