Let us just say it BACK STREET BREEDER!    Makes no difference if they grew up in a garden shed or Buckingham Palace still a Back Street Breeder.

Oh, the PDSA brought in a new ruling I believe it was last year as there was a thread on this forum.   You can only register one pedigree animal with them this was because so many Back Street Breeders were abusing their charity.
Maybe it should be no pedigree animals, if you can buy a pedigree you shouldn’t need charity.
My pedigree dog came from a rescue, loads do.

Plus, circumstances can change for anybody, surely the last few months have proved that!

Yes, so many pedigree dogs and even cats get taken to rescues as the owner's circumstances change or they just bought a breed French Bulldogs are very in trend it seems and health problems mean they cannot look after.

    Yes definitely :-(
But as this thread shows it is abused time and time again.
i wouldn’t give to an animal charity as I wouldn’t want to support this.
I’m more a cat person & pedigree cats seem to be much less common than pedigree dogs, cat rescuers rarely have them.
