For info, my home shopping transaction dated Monday 13 July appeared on the account as usual in the early hours of today , Wednesday 15 July, and the cashback was shown.
The reply to my message arrived this afternoon. No comment.

I got a similar email, but mine suggests I can still go online and create vouchers...

You won’t be able to use your Asda Card after 13th July
We recently wrote to you explaining that the relationship between Creation and Asda is coming to an end on 13th July 2020.

This is a reminder that your card will stop working after 13th July 2020 and your account will be closed.

You will still be required to pay off any outstanding balance and can still make payments to reduce your balance on your Online Account Manager or through the Creation credit card App. You will continue to receive Creation statements after this date for as long as you have an outstanding balance.

    What about my cashback?
You are still able to access your Asda cashback on your Online Account Manager and generate a voucher until 12th September 2020, you will have 28 days to redeem each voucher you generate.
You must redeem any cashback vouchers before the expiry date stated on the voucher, any cashback not used will be lost.

Just checked through my emails but not had this one from them at all.  :/

But got this one from them yesterday ....

2% is pretty good. Did you choose to stay with creation.

The original letter they sent me a few months ago said they were automatically swapping my existing card to their new card so I’ve not actually done anything but yes I will keep it as use the card each month for shopping.

I presume you were told on the original letter that you were being switched to a cashback card ?

Yes, said I was being automatically swapped to their 2% Cashback card and that I didn’t need to do anything, same limit, same direct debit, just wait for new card to arrive.

I presumed that you had to choose to stay with creation. I just left it. When you look at the asda credit card page it doesn't mention any cashback with the creation card. Do u think a phone call to creation is worth making.

What if I still have questions about my credit card?

If you would still like to speak to someone about your card please call Creation on 0371 704 3369*.

Isn’t that cashback better than most existing Amex offers? (Not for new customers) 2%?

Excluding promotional offers, 2% cashback across the board is the best rate I've ever seen on a credit card and to be quite honest I'm rather jealous envious of the offer you've received.
Just because I'm nosy, all those who received the cashback offer from creation, do you ever carry a balance over from month to month or do you always pay off in full?
