Yes, I'm confused about the change to cashback vouchers. We'll still have access to the online account manager, so does that mean we can still create vouchers after 13 July? The email suggests not, but isn't clear. If we won't be able to create vouchers after a certain date, it would be useful to know that in advance.

I hope you can use the paper vouchers for online grocery as I am not keen on shopping in big stores. Plus it's difficult to guess how much you need for your shopping. Hopefully they will be like Tesco clubcard vouchers and you can just use what you need.

I got a similar email, but mine suggests I can still go online and create vouchers...

You won’t be able to use your Asda Card after 13th July
We recently wrote to you explaining that the relationship between Creation and Asda is coming to an end on 13th July 2020.

This is a reminder that your card will stop working after 13th July 2020 and your account will be closed.

You will still be required to pay off any outstanding balance and can still make payments to reduce your balance on your Online Account Manager or through the Creation credit card App. You will continue to receive Creation statements after this date for as long as you have an outstanding balance.

    What about my cashback?
You are still able to access your Asda cashback on your Online Account Manager and generate a voucher until 12th September 2020, you will have 28 days to redeem each voucher you generate.
You must redeem any cashback vouchers before the expiry date stated on the voucher, any cashback not used will be lost.

What if I’m waiting for a refund?
If you are waiting for a refund onto this card, the refund transaction will still go through and you will receive a statement showing this transaction. Please contact us on RefundRequests@bnpparibas-pf.co.uk and include your full name, first line of your address, post code and last 4 digits of your card and the bank details of where you would like any credit balance paid to.

If this is a new request, please contact the retailer and get confirmation that the refund has been processed, before contacting RefundRequests@bnpparibas-pf.co.uk with your full name, first line of your address, post code and last 4 digits of your card and the bank details of where you would like any credit balance paid to.

If the retailer does not process your refund as expected, we will treat this as a dispute, please refer to the process below.

What if I have a transaction dispute?
If you already have a dispute in progress, our team will be in touch following a full investigation.

If you have a new dispute, please contact us on disputes@creation.co.uk and provide your full name, first line of your address, post code and last 4 digits of your card for us to handle your request. Please also include full details of your dispute, such as the date of your original purchase, amount and retailer name. Please also include copies of any relevant invoices and other correspondence received from the retailer.

We appreciate your custom. You may find other products you might like on www.creation.co.uk

I had the same email as financialbliss - no mention of them sending out paper vouchers.

Maybe getting posted paper voucers or not depends which card you had as per the cashback offer for some but not all.

Also got the email today and read about paper vouchers being posted. I have no idea what they are on about with that, it's certainly not what we have been told all along.
Looking on the Asda website the information is the same as always, online access until September 12th to create vouchers and 28 days to spend the voucher once created.
I think I'll assume (dangerous I know) that the info in the email about paper vouchers is rogue.

I never considered it rogue but I can't remember exactly when it said the card expired on the letter I got bit back. I will get it out tomorrow. It's seems odd that different messages are being sent . I applied for an amex card tonight, top on the recommended list on this site.

Rogue is probably the wrong terminology, crossed wires or something like that maybe but you know what I mean.
Credit cards are usable up until 13th July but it's not clear if that means they stop at midnight between 12th and 13th, or some point on the 13th or midnight between 13th and 14th.
I'm assuming again, (I like to live dangerously :),)  that it will stop working midnight on Sunday 12th and from 00:01 on Monday I will start to use my AmEx and RBS replacements.

    Edited to add:
I noticed now that in your account Asda vouchers can be created but you cannot see previously created vouchers. It just throws a 404 error.
Maybe a sign of things winding down.
