There was an announcement about the Asda credit card in store today, telling people to go online to check what was happening.

I created a voucher, for a relatively small amount, which I successfully used at a Scan & Go booth today, so at least I know that works. But, when I log into my account, I see the voucher I have created, but no way to convert my remaining cashback into further vouchers. Anyone know how,. before I try and contact them?
You can only create one voucher at a time (minimum of £2.50).  Once you have created one you need to wait until the system knows you have used it before it will let you create another one.  From past experience with me it has only been a few minutes after using the voucher though.

Ah, OK - I used it about 4pm today but it's still showing on the website. Seems a bit naff to do it that way, I don't think I'll miss the card.

I've done that a couple of times. The first time the voucher had cleared from my card account by the time I got home. The second time the voucher disappeared at the same time as the related spending appeared as actual, not pending. I think that was the following day.

Are you able to create more than one voucher at once? I have £80+ and may not want to spend it all at once, but don't want to miss the deadline!!

Not that I could see.  Once you have created one voucher the option to create one disappears (until the issued one has been used).

It's only the Credit Card that stops working on 13th July, you have until 12th September to create and spend the vouchers and no, until you have spent the voucher you cannot create another one.

This morning my created voucher had disappeared and the option to create a new one has returned. So yes, as BigBlueSky says, only one active voucher at any one time. I think I'll use most of my balance to create another voucher that I can use next time I shop in Asda, and then create a final voucher oncde I've paid my last card bill in August.

Come on Asda, where's this new card?
I emailed Asda earlier in the week and got this back - bolding is mine:

"We currently cannot provide any information about the particulars of the new card, only that we are working hard to get this up and running as quickly as possible. I can confirm that the card will not be available for 13th July. Unfortunately, the launch date will not be until later in the year. "

So in the market for a cashback card in the interim. Slim pickings... Possibly Barclaycard, as I've already an AmEx card.

That's going to come as an unwelcome surprise to the many people that aren't on here and don't have another card. Fortunately, I obviously am and do.
So, thanks yet again to MSE, a new cunning plan is called for. I've just retained my Creation account. This will tide me over while I apply for the Barclaycard. At 0.25%, this means that we'd only lose 0.75% on transactions at ASDA (Online shopping & car fuel) and actually gain 0.05% everywhere else.
I've just spent the morning number-crunching the NatWest 1% cashback card and switching my current account from my Santander 123 Lite account, which pays 1%, 2% & 3% cashback on council tax & utility direct debit payments. It was very close, but the 0.25% cashback on supermarket fuel and the 2.75% fee on foreign transactions were showstoppers.
Of course, I'll re-evaluate the situation when the new ASDA card arrives.
And, as the Barclaycard doesn't charge for foreign transactions, it can replace our current Halifax Clarity "foreign use & back-up in the UK" card, which doesn't pay cashback. There was an unexpected benefit: as the Barclaycard is Visa and the Halifax card is Mastercard, I'll keep the Halifax card as a foreign backup card. Some automatic fuel pumps in France only work with Mastercard or Visa not both and some motorway toll machines don't work with Mastercard.
The tartan bits of my DNA are feeling all warm & fuzzy. :)
There's no reason you can't have both a 123 Lite and a Reward current account, get the full benefit of both accounts.
True. Even though the NW current account required to avoid the CC annual fee has a £1250 monthly income requirement and my pension is only ~£900, I could bounce funds between this and my savings account to make up this figure. I've done this before when my income was very low, between leaving BT and my BT pension arriving. It's what standing orders are for.
The real showstoppers were the foreign use fee and also being Mastercard, which precluded its use as a no-cost Visa backup card when in France. The trauma of pulling into that filling station in the middle of nowhere, the car running on fumes, and then finding out that the pumps didn't work on our only card's network obviously still hasn't completely worn off! Fortunately, my wife was with a friend who had an acceptable network card, when she had an identical problem with a motorway toll booth.

Back to the ASDA card. An interesting situation. My next home shopping delivery is on, of all days, the 13th. The cost of this isn't taken until the delivery date and appears on the credit card account the usual couple of days later, dated on the delivery date.
So ... will this transaction earn cashback or not?
Firstly, is the "until" in "You will continue to earn cashback until 13 July 2020" inculsive (ie. up to midnight on the 13th/14th) or exclusive (ie. up to midnight on the 12th/13th)? Evidently, it all depends on the context.
Secondly, if the transaction won't be processed by Creation until after the 13th, will this mean that the system will look at the date and won't calculate any cashback?
I've sent Creation a message, but at the time of posting, have yet to receive a reply.

just received the following email from Creation, one change is that they’re posting out cash back vouchers!

You won’t be able to use your Asda Card after 13th July
We recently wrote to you explaining that the relationship between Creation and Asda is coming to an end on 13th July 2020.

This is a reminder that your card will stop working after 13th July 2020 and your account will be closed.

You will still be required to pay off any outstanding balance and can still make payments to reduce your balance on your Online Account Manager or through the Creation credit card App. You will continue to receive Creation statements after this date for as long as you have an outstanding balance.

    What about my cashback?
Paper cashback vouchers will be posted to you before the end of August 2020 and you will have 88 days to redeem.
You must redeem any cashback vouchers before the expiry date stated on the voucher, any cashback not used will be lost.

What if I’m waiting for a refund?
If you are waiting for a refund onto this card, the refund transaction will still go through and you will receive a statement showing this transaction. Please contact us on RefundRequests@bnpparibas-pf.co.uk and include your full name, first line of your address, post code and last 4 digits of your card and the bank details of where you would like any credit balance paid to.

If this is a new request, please contact the retailer and get confirmation that the refund has been processed, before contacting RefundRequests@bnpparibas-pf.co.uk with your full name, first line of your address, post code and last 4 digits of your card and the bank details of where you would like any credit balance paid to.

If the retailer does not process your refund as expected, we will treat this as a dispute, please refer to the process below.

What if I have a transaction dispute?
If you already have a dispute in progress, our team will be in touch following a full investigation.

If you have a new dispute, please contact us on disputes@creation.co.uk and provide your full name, first line of your address, post code and last 4 digits of your card for us to handle your request. Please also include full details of your dispute, such as the date of your original purchase, amount and retailer name. Please also include copies of any relevant invoices and other correspondence received from the retailer.

We appreciate your custom. You may find other products you might like on www.creation.co.uk
