  • Same story as everyone else the phone number is now off 0818 30 30 30, i spend 5 hours in the que for live chat yesterday and today and have got nowhere. 
    My booking number is not incorrect, my flight number is not incorrect, It's just dirty behaviour, I now have no hours with work and need this money to feed my family and pay rent, do Ryanair have no morals

    I only have one post because I only registered to share my story in the hopes that it could help people. I found this forum from a google search and it helped me immensely. I only intended to do the same
  • I had similar problem last night. Tried everything: Laptop,desktop,Ipad,chrome,IE,Safari but got the error messages as described in this thread. But did not give up and at about 11pm last night it worked! So stick at it.
     I suspect the back end server is overloaded and the form submission times out giving random error messages.  Good luck

    Hi Sam, NO they dont have any morals or cares about you, they only want your money,, they dont want you getting it refunded,, that is simply the way of these crooks,, maybe everyone who has been affected by this crisis will keep these rogues in mind when we book in future,, i know i will and i will never ever spend another penny on any of their flights.

    I'm in the same boat here and thanks for everyone who contributed. 
    I think staying on the phone line even if you get through is pointless ( at least it was for me ) I managed to get through today around midday and after 1.5h waiting line broke and it was disconnected.

    I followed advise of one of the users to use the automatic botchat and then ask to speak with customer service. I stayed for 10 mins and refreshed - and after like 4th time I got through to lady who said that they will process my refund within 28 days.

    Apart from that while speaking to one of the advisors before, my chat got corrupted and automatically i was re-directed to another website to speak with agent -secure.livechatinc.com/licence/5665411/v2/open_chat.cgi?groups=44
    It's worth staying on this website as I managed to get through there too eventually to different agent.

  • And just to confirm - I tried to use the form like ziolion times with exactly same errour like everyone else about the booking reference being wrong.

    Thanks Junior  B) i think they input only some booking references at a time and then once they are sorted they then add more and deal with them,,, customer service is completely nothing,,, not a good company to deal with at all,, but one thing you will NEVER encounter is a system crash or 5 hour wait to pay for you flights !!!
