Ryanair refund thread

Looks like none of their refund pages are working. I have exactly the same problems. Not recognising the booking reference or just getting stuck on the first page. I've emailed customerqueries@ryanair.com but it just replies with an automated message giving you some more links that don't work. EASYJET took 2 minutes to confirm the refund. Typical Ryanair! I guess we'll have to wait until they fix the problem...

No problem. After much perseverance I've finally managed to get into the queue to speak to someone

I got thorugh to Ryanair this morning after making 111 calls to them and then waiting 2 hours on hold. They have processed a refund request for me but wont confirm if it will be accepted or not as our flight to Spain is still scheduled to go ahead on Friday. Apparently I have to wait 7 to 10 days to find out if my refund request has been successful even though I'm supposed to fly in 2 days. What a nightmare!

I'm also experiencing the same problem of obtaining a refund from Ryanair for my cancelled flight of 03 April. The post booking UK number of 0330 100 7838 is not operable at present and no refund page appears when clicking "Get Refund" in the "My Bookings" page. The refund page I did find independendly shows an error once completing the fields and on attempting to proceed. And their on-line help service guru is useless. I appreciate Ryanair must be inundated with queries currently, but this is basic stuff to get right and they are failing.

Same issues as above, Ryanair sent me an email confirming both of my upcoming flights next week have been cancelled and I could claim a refund by clicking on the link which provides the 'Get Refund' option which gives error message. 2nd option is the online refund claim form which does not recognise my correct booking reference. Been trying for 3 days now...
Would not surprise me if Ryanair has done this on purpose - I'm still waiting for a response and refund for a flight in January where they closed the gate 7 minutes early and denied me boarding!0 -

Same problem for me. It's been 3 days since I try to get a refund of my cancelled flights... : Unfortunately we cannot process your application for one of the following reasons: Your flight reservation number is invalid. Please check the flight reservation number you have entered.
I've read we have up to 7 days to ask for a refund... I'm gonna try to call them...0 -
From what I understand the calls to 0330 numbers cost 55p per minute so 2 hour wait would land me with £66 bill! Thats more than I paid for the flights! Does anyone knows how long after your flight has been cancelled you can claim the refund? My flight was suppose to depart tomorrow. Thanks!1

Same problem here, I have literally phoned the number 97 times. Getting message reservation number is wrong. Managed to get onto a different form somehow, don’t know how, got through it all and it asked for my IBAN number and Bics number for international payment, got it off my bank statement then ......aargh error on the form, it was no longer valid! Our hope is one guy I’ve seen so far has managed to get a refund, he literally just spent about 3 days trying. It’s a bit ridiculous and I realise they must be overwhelmed but think they just make it harder so you’ll give up. Well, they don’t know me. 🤣0
