    SORRY ... didn't intend to keep everyone up all night with insomniac 'Ryanightmares' ... just to create a glimmer of hope through perseverence ... possibly/hopefully!!!
    No apology needed. If it hadn’t been for your post I would probably now be sat on hold, paying 55p a minute - is it really that much does anyone know? Scandalous if true
  • SO the webpage still has the 'bug'. Been calling when I do go through it hangs up just before it puts you in the call agent line. I can only guess this is to do with the volume of people calling.

    It seems people were successful online after midnight (I was). I also used chrome but didn’t keep deleting history or restarting, just re entered the captcha data repeatedly for around 25 mins

    I think the 0330 number is included in All-Inclusive minutes when calling from a mobile...
  • 0330 number call costs
    A call to an 0330 number costs the same as a call to a normal home or business landline.

    All numbers that start with 03 are charged at the same rate as standard landline numbers that start with '01' or '02'. If your phone tariff offers inclusive calls to landlines, calls to 0330 numbers will also be included on the same basis.

    Call type Call cost
    0330 number from a landline Included in any applicable call packages, otherwise standard landline rates.
    0330 number from a mobile Included in talktime and bundled minutes, otherwise standard landline rates.
    Telecoms regulator Ofcom specifically prohibits phone companies from charging more to call an 03 number than a standard landline, as detailed in their call costs guide.

    Hi there - glad to hear I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have finally been able to get through to the phone number about 50 blunt messages that the number was unobtainable/busy/not answering, and the past many times I have now got the 6 options to choose from - PLEASE help me know which option to pick. I feel 6 'anything else' is the right one, so I press that and it hangs up after asking me to complete the satisfaction survey at the end of my call - oh if only I could get to the end of my call I would gladly complete it!!! 
    Which number do I press at this stage - can anyone remember?

    I have been trying to get my refund for 2 solid hours,, the chatbot is not answering either :-(

    I have just managed to get the online refund confirmation!!!!
    Just keep re-submitting your online application!!! Obviously you need to re-type Captcha code every single time, but you will succeed eventually!!!! It took me 45 minutes but it was worth it, if I may say that.
