AFAIK as Ryainair flight flew they have fulfilled the contract, and I've not seen a singe post on here that states otherwise.
But I have seen plenty of posts with the insurer trying to dodge paying out.
I would raise a complaint

seems Ryanair running a flight out at 10:20 every day.
Flight times are allowed to be changed if 14 days notice is giving how much of a time change is governed by their T&Cs ( there is no legal ruling for this)
Ryanair's I believe are over 3 hours to can claim a refund.
So with your flight you are forced to accept it unless Ryanair agrees to something different.

My return flight was cancelled, my hotel and city was closed I don't know how it was possible for me to use the flight.
Ryanair never allowed me an opportunity to change flight as they didn't respond to any call.1 -
