  • The application now displays the same message "A previous application has already been submitted for this booking." No other confirmation message displayed. Is it ok?
  • ISSUE SOLVED!!!!
    I was finally able to chat with an agent after a lot of days!
    Go to chatbot, write live chat and there will be a popup message. Click live agent.
    Then you have to wait for a human agent to chat with you.
    I managed to do that and the guy told me that he processed my query for refund and I have to wait for more than 7 working days to obtain the refund!

    I have the same problem.I have been trying for ages to submit the refund application form. First I was getting info "reservation number isn't correct", now it says the application has been already submitted. BUT I didn't get any confirmation. I also got a second email from Ryainar with link to other refund application with the reservation number on it. BUT when I submit, the message appears " Apologies for error, please see contact customer services.

    Saigongal no I didn't get an email confirmation. If you're able to submit your refund claim online, once it goes through there is a final screen with the confirmation that you've cancelled along with a print option. If you choose the print option, you can save the screen as a pdf.  If you manage to get through via the online chat there is an option to save a copy of the transcript. I'm not taking any chances with RA so keeping as much evidence as I can that I've submitted my claim. Hope it works for you too :-)

    I got the same message as well. I have managed to speak with to the agent. He confirmed that my application has been submitted despite that I didn't get any confirmation email. There is backlog in replies due to high demand. I should get my refund within 7 days. Fingers crossed !!!
