They send me an message to my phone to check my emails about the flight and o had no new emails from them😂

I’ve still not had any texts/emails informing me of my flights being cancelled! It’s only because I went on the Ryanair booking page that I new they were cancelled.0

I have also been trying for days and getting repeated message about "Incorrect Flight Reservation Number". I firmly believe this is a cheap shot by Ryanair to put people off from claiming refunds for cancelled flights. IT staff can still work from home and there is no reason why this is not fixed. Shameful really and there seems no limit to how low this business will stoop.0

I still didn't receive a refund confirmation email after speaking with a customer care agent on Thursday afternoon who said I would get an email within 24 hours. I just tried calling to speak with someone - they seem to have sorted the line out as it went through first time and then there was a message saying they were too busy to take my call please call back or go to their web site - not great but better than being cut off. Kicking myself I didn't screenshot the response I got when I submitted on line - I usually do screen shot stuff like that but this time I just didn't think - lesson learned! Seems like there is less problem now but not completely solved. Good luck.0

I was finally able to chat with an agent after a lot of days!
Go to chatbot, write live chat and there will be a popup message. Click live agent.
Then you have to wait for a human agent to chat with you.
I managed to do that and the guy told me that he processed my query for refund and I have to wait for more than 7 working days to obtain the refund!
