Hi, after trying on and off for three days on my phone have just logged in using Chrome on laptop thanks to another users advice and got past the error messages. Whoop whoop so delighted as our flights at 6.30am tom.
Look forward to travelling again when this is over. Stay safe everyone.0 -
For those who managed through the website, did you get an email confirmation of the cancellation?

I have been trying to request a refund since Tuesday, being repeatedly told that my flight reference number is wrong. As my booking is for a date 2 weeks in the future I’m fairly calm about it for now but the lack of information on the Ryanir website really bugs me more than anything. Their customer service is abysmal..0

Had another new one. After trying the ineffective refund screen eventually it said I needed to type in the Captcha, but of course there was no captcha in existence! Been at it all day now.0

I've read a lot of the posts here about this. I've just managed to do it first time without issue.
I haven't received a flight cancellation email from Ryanair yet. I just noticed on the app that the flight had been cancelled.
I logged into the booking on their website, clicked Get A Refund, went through the steps on the form and it submitted first time.

I did in the meantime have a text from Ryanair telling me to check my emails, so I did and I got the 'new' cancellation email with another link. Not sure whether to follow it or whether to trust my conversation yesterday! I will wait for the 24 hours to be up and if there is no email I will follow the new link! It just shouldn't be this difficult or worrying, but (as one always making excuses for poor service) it must be an incredibly difficult time for them as they are bombarded with requests of all sorts - that doesn't excuse their poor web site/links etc. i know, but I feel sorry for the actual staff working for Ryanair at this time.0

The refund website does now appear to be working. I just did mine and it went through straightaway and got a confirmation that the refund would be processed within 7 working days once approved (I kept a pdf copy of this as proof). I also managed to get through on the RA online chat service earlier this afternoon after a 5 hour wait time. Good luck all!0
