  • I have tried many times to get a refund. The page keeps informing I have inputted the wrong reservation number which I haven’t. Unfortunately I suspect this is on purpose to avoid refunding.
  • I too have had the same issues and seriously have given up. However I decided to try the EU261 claim route see if that worked, and I successfully submitted the form and got an email confirmation first time. Worth a try?
I can't post links, so steps are
    - Help Centre
    - Contact Us
    - Scroll down, click EU261 claim form and follow the steps.

    Good luck!

After a conversation with customer service yesterday I am still waiting for an email to confirm the refund. I did in the meantime have a text from Ryanair telling me to check my emails, so I did and I got the 'new' cancellation email with another link. Not sure whether to follow it or whether to trust my conversation yesterday! I will wait for the 24 hours to be up and if there is no email I will follow the new link! It just shouldn't be this difficult or worrying, but (as one always making excuses for poor service) it must be an incredibly difficult time for them as they are bombarded with requests of all sorts - that doesn't excuse their poor web site/links etc. i know, but I feel sorry for the actual staff working for Ryanair at this time.

I had the same problems with the refund from Ryanair. I tried constantly to go through the claim but it didn't work - it keeped on erroring to Enter the captcha (yesterday for 45 minutes). I gave up. I have four flights cancelled. Today I chcecked my email an i received two new emails with new forms. And it worked:) so what I can say is to be patient and wait for an updated email with an updated link. I know it's difficult but so are the times now.
  • SUCCESS !!!
The Refund link does not work as you can see. Go to contactform.ryanair.com
Submit your request and you'll get a TEXT and Email confirmation with a LINK to refund. This link is personal to you alone and may not work for any other user.
    All the best

If you're still struggling with this refund, go the the web page coontactfor.ryanair.com
    All the best.
  • Have you guys received an email confirming your refund application has gone through? I have a screenshot from this morning but no email or sms. My booking still has the option of claiming a refund or changing my flight

For those who succeeded with the form and catcha thing, what did you put in the "Affected flight number"? Full number with two letters at the beginning, or just the 4 last digits?
Just the last four digits, you select the two letter code in the drop down box above.

Hi guys, after 3 days of unsuccessful attempts to get the refund for my flight and getting a message "Your flight number is incorrect"  -  today they sent me an email confirmation for the cancelled flight and a new link to submit a refund request. and YEESSSSSS - this time it worked from first attempt! I succeeded from iOS and Safari browser... if that makes any difference.  You guys can either call support or wait for this email. Mine arrived 4 days after my flight was cancelled.
  • Hi. So yesterday I received the mail to say my flights for this Sunday had been cancelled. Selected the refund option and had the same issues with reservation number not recognised. Tried a dozen times since still no luck. Can anyone confirm that after selecting the refund link in the mail the Ryanair Login page opens and after logging in your cancelled flights are shown in red along with another refund link. When this refund link is selected I get the Ryanair home page and the only thing I can see to do from here is select help and get to the refund form from here.
I have this minute received a mail telling me check in is now open for my flight to Malaga this Sunday. What the hell are these clowns playing at. Surely there is no way they can be flying to Malaga on Sunday.
