Have twittered Watchdog and Ofgem as suggested
I have found Tonik administrators extremely helpful. Final bill within an hour of asking. Also asked if they had passed all my account information to SP. They replied quickly saying that they couldn't tell me what had gone over but that, if SP were not being helpful to make a complaint to SP1 -
@malchester - thank you! So glad your switch is working out ok!! I'm due to hear back from CEO office by 20 Nov - so hope they call instead of email, so I can also suggest get a helpful rep on here! Access to info shouldn't be so difficult...0

Just checked on SP website and, on signing in to my account there is nothing there !!!! It says something's gone wrong you don't have an account with us. I don't switch until 26 November0

Goodness me Scottish power are making a balls up of all this perhaps if they had offered us a better tarrif a lot of us would have stayed. Thanks @Annieddiva I have messaged tonik to get my dads final

@worry-wart_3 - sorry just been out walking the dog, SP twittered back to advised no calls on Sundays only social media. Yep - if they'd been more competitive - I would have stayed too.
@malchester - I found same issue & SP advised - Sorry for the experience you have received, we are currently facing some technical difficulties with the online facilities. Please be patient with us we are working as hard as we can to resolve this....0 -

If the Tonik credit is added to the new SP account how does that work if you chose to move to another supplier? Currently looking at either Shell which is at the moment recommended by MSE. Or octopus energy. Any others I should look at? Not keen on BG or Npower from past experience!0

@fly-catchers - there is SP talk of cheque or credit to account, so will be refunded eventually. As prices based on postcode supplier cost can vary a lot, I find £ can be misleading, & always use actual tariffs with my annual kWh. E.g outfox were cheapest for my area...1
