I got through to Jet2 on their chat system yesterday, as I was due to travel on 26th April and heard nothing with regards to a refund (only 2 standard emails about my holiday being cancelled). My deposit for this holiday was paid on credit card, so didn't want my refund going on the credit card. I moved my holiday to next year and just have to pay £108 by February next year as it the holiday was slightly more.

I booked a holiday with Nat west travel in early January to fly Lanzarote with jet2 on Easter Sunday. Jet2 won’t deal with me and bat me back to NatWest who say they will be in touch with what is happening. To date I have had nothing to say if I’m having a refund (which I prefer), or a credit note from jet2. Whilst I totally accept the present position is demanding, flying to the canaries was stopped by the Govt on 17th March. Some appear to deal with refunds promptly, others are falling short. I think that 5 days before I am due to fly I should have been contacted and told what is happening with my money.0

My package holiday has jet 2 flights as part of it however it was booked via an third party travel agent, who just say there is nothing they I can do to resolve the holiday until they receive something via email from Jet2.com. I wish I knew how and when Jet2 might deal with my flights so I can try and get my holiday rebooked or refunded.0

My holiday was due to start over 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting to hear from Jet2. All I’ve had is an email telling me my holiday was cancelled.0

Jet2 have cancelled my holiday, they only offered via email a change to the date of my holiday or a credit voucher. But I just want a refund,I have paid £980 and still owe £640 due by 13th April. So my question is can I get a refund of the £980 that I have already paid,I need to deal with this before the 13th April as I don't really want to pay the balance on a holiday that Jet2 have cancelled due to our departure date was for the beginning of June.0

Read the hundreds of other threads on the subject. Can you get a refund? Possibly, but it looks unlikely. Take a close look at the voucher offer, it may work for you.0

I have a holiday booked with jet 2 leaving on 16th july 2020. I have paid the deposit of 420 and the balance is due on 2nd may 2020. Jet 2 are saying flights and holidays will resume on 17th june 2020. The FCO are advising no travel indefinately. Am i able to claim back my deposit now and cancel the holiday. Jet 2 site is saying if i cancel now i will lose the deposit. What is my best way forward.1
