And my plan for today:
No exercise planned - will go for walk later, but have some weeding to do, and I id go for a 4m run last night and am swimming tomorrow.
B: oats, half apple, smal banana, a bit of musli and a vegan pancake w jam! It was more of a brunch as got up early.
TBC:
Lunch Lovely rye, avocado, stilton and tomato! Yum.
Dinner veggie burgers w cous cous salad
Snack small bowl of tortilla chips
Drink glass of wine
Have a lovely weekend everybody!
Just a note - the rye bread I eat is the dark stuff from L1dl and most of the pasta is wholewheat. I am trying to give up quick carbs. It does make a difference, and the rye is filling for a lot longer. Might be an acquired taste. But I love it.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Molly, well done.
Monnagran, some biscuits are absolutely worth it!
Roundtuit, I am not sure I see the logic in antibaccing it twice a day, because if one infected person touches it inbetween, then the virus can be transmitted easily. It should be every time someone else touches it, and I shouldnt think you would need to bother for just yourself. Unless they think there is a big cloud of Covid-vapour settling on it, in which case you would need full protection?.

Ditty you are doing great!
Where are you swimming tomorrow? Are some pools open? Oh It would be lovely to find somewhere to swim.

Hello x
I agree with you Roundtuit - I used to work for the NHS as a community midwife and some of their policies are just ridiculous and the paperwork….dont get me started x
We just back from London as I had my Botox injections for intractable migraine. We have to pay privately but it is the only treatment, in all the years i have had migraine, that actually works -if only for a few weeks. It was very quiet in London - no traffic and straight in and out - full PPE - very impressed!
Hugs x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.9 -
Good evening everyone
Congratulations to All Who’ve Lost 👏 and well done to Those Who’ve STS (even under the unrealistic demands of Management😄) 👍

B : bacon & eggs
L : tinned pilchards, hm coleslaw with hm dressing, tomato; banana
D : baked red pepper stuffed with couscous, lentils & mixed mediterranean veg, broccoli & peas; strawberries with the last half (60ml) of the tub of ice cream - monnagran, that’s all it takes, an “elegant sufficiency” of deliciousness.😋

Morning!
Brambling, please can you put me down for half a pound this week. Thank you.
I'm behaving with food. With very little deviation I'm having home made soup for lunch, either with a slice of bread or 25g cheddar, followed by a fruit. In the evening I eat a normal family meal minus a lot of the carbs. We usually have fruit for pudding, sometimes with plain yogurt. (I rarely cheat as we dont have tempting stuff in the house any more, and if I do then I count it into my days calories so it's not actually cheating anyway, it's just making stupid non nutritious choices). I dont really want to go below what I'm eating so if the loss is slower then its slower. As long as it's going down!
Have a good day everyone 🙂☀️🌻A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
You're welcome we can spare it, yellow socks10 -
HiWell done losers and sts.Didn't get chance to post yesterday, was an everything go wrong sort of day
got confused with numbers when weighing breakfast, did say to myself that looks generous
, turned out well though as I dashed out without taking lunch and was unwilling to pay extortionately for a bit of spinach and rubbery boiled eggs so managed to go from 8.30am to 4.30pm with no food. I did end up going over my calorie and carb counts as was too drained to bother making a proper dinner plus I walked 5.5km so deserved the extra

Hello All
Sorry I have been awol for a bit but after three weeks of sts I'm a bit fed up.
I know it's better than a gain but I feel I'm half way through the year and treading water. Anyway enough self indulgence time to move forwards, I'm expecting a gain next weigh in as I've eaten my body weight in bread and also baked chocolate chip cookie cake, which I've realised was a huge mistake ( wiped choc chips from face)
Roundtuit, do you not find that with a lot of companies this has all become a tick box exercise and they have to be seen to be doing the right thing, whether it makes sense or not?
I have also been working through the lockdown, although on reduced hours, last week we were told we are now back to normal and should have all members of staff in on their normal work days, resulting in nine people crammed in a space designed to house 6, there aren't even enough chairs for everyone, social distancing not possible, not even a metre between us, they haven't delivered soap to us for 3 weeks so my manager went out to buy some, they have sent us masks now, but they are mainly for those of us that commute. We are having someone in this week to asses how many people can be safely in branch at a time (would have thought it should have been done 2 weeks ago). It's crazy but I was less stressed working in lockdown,
Sorry went off on a tangent there, so I'm not using it as an excuse, but I'm in a bit of a funk I think and need to give myself a good kick to get back on track. I know I shan't make target now but even 2lb loss by the end of the challenge will be good.
Anyhow, well done everyone, keep on trucking!
