Hi All
Welcome to the Old Style Weight Loss thread for quarter two 2020
Please feel free to start posting your weight loss goals for the next challenge which will run from the 1st April until the 30th June (14 weeks).
You do not have to submit a loss or gain for the first week as it's our starting week, you can post your first loss or gain the week after on a day of your choice.
As usual everyone is welcome - we support and encourage, we don't judge and importantly that includes being kind to ourselves
. All hints and tips welcomed especially during the current time when we may be reaching for food or we are aren't able to buy our usual healthier choices

Hello All and thank you Brambling
Could you put me done for 14lb please, I was not very successful in the last quarter, so really need to get myself back on track, I'm conscious that I shan't be out and about as much as normal and although I'm still at work, our customer contact is limited know so won't be on my feet all day either, will have to make sure I use my exercise bike more!I will continue to weigh in on Wednesday, if that's okay, but will take tomorrow as a starting point.

Please put me down for 14lbs again, my reference point is last Sunday, and weighing in day will continue to be Sunday. I shall try to avoid too much comfort eating. I'd like to set a target of 14 lbs and will continue to WI on a Saturday.
Today I have eaten a dangerous hot cross bun. Just the one, and there are three others in the packet. I am feelingI have deliberately told DS that there are hot cross buns available to make sure I don't eat them

Hi, sorry i've been missing for a while (since december!) i've had some health problems that have taken priority. that said.. i am very proud to announce that i haven't put any weight on, i've sort of diddled around within a 2lb range, but I'm the same as i was before christmas now. so, targets... i'd like to lose 1lb a week, which would be 12... but lets say 10lb to give myself a bit of leeway. I'll read back through part 1 of 2020 to get up to speed with everyone. Thanks to Brambling for keeping us on track. Good luck everyone. xA bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
