Hi everybody am not up to date w reading but just wanted to check out of June wit +1LB so not great but still within my overall target for the quarter. In the last week I have slacked, had a glass off wine a pizza, skipped one day of exercise but all in all it's not been a disaster. 
So see you all next quarter and thank you so much for running this thread.
