Well done losers and sts and commiserations on the gains.

Today’s food
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, coffee with cream.
Elevenses: coffee with cream
Lunch: m&s prawn and edamame protein pot thingy and some fancy bottled water, an indulgence as I had to go grocery shopping.
Dinner: cabbage, cauli, broccoli and roast chicken. Raspberries and strawberries with cream.
Milk choc for evening snack.

well I was very badly behaved over the weekend, who am I kidding from Thursday onwards, didn't even make it to the weekend, I'm so glad a new thread has started, fresh new wagon (again) have reinforced it with cake and biscuit repelling paint.Hurray all those losers, boo hiss for the gainers, but I'm sure those gains will disappear in the new quarter.
Meals Today
B muesli, Greek yog, fruit
L didn't have time today so just an apple, left my lunch in the fridge at work for tomorrow
D rice with peas and spinach and 2 eggs cooked in spray oil.

Well, so far it’s been a better day food wise. It was a day of paperwork and admin, so just as well the weather was grey and windy.
The menu:
B : bacon & eggs
L : chicken salad (lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions); yogurt with cherries
D : steamed lemon sole, peas, cauliflower; strawberries and yogurt; glass of white wine

Thank you Blue Doggy and Brambling. I may be a bit late to the party in the new quarter. Who knew that moving house could be so exhausting! Maybe its getting older, or getting older and having more clutter. Hopefully will be all settled in soon and can get back on my weight loss regime.

Have WI and STS, which under the circumstances, is good. Too many homemade eclairs, raspberries and cream and ice cream. Got to stop!!!! New challenge, new week, !!! Good luck for the new challenge and thank you Brambling for all your hard work xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

SIRENS I skimmed read you post and read that you were reinforcing the wagon and for a second assumed you meant the bottom to take all the weight
